High School Experience: I learned the value of hard work, dedication, and also how to work my way up to accomplish goals I have set for myself. The truth of the matter is that the boundaries of a high school facility mirror what life is in the real world.
Future Plans: I have committed to Concordia University St. Paul. I’m going in as undecided, and will look for a degree that fits my interest as much as possible.
Mentor and Why Selected: I selected Vicki Kapaun because she had provided me advice and techniques to help me improve my skills. She also offered motivation and support, helped me develop career goals, introduced me to potential career contacts and provided feedback on my work performance. She had encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things that I was afraid to before. She made me feel comfortable in my own voice, and introverts are one-of-a-kind.
