Carly Ruff

John Glenn Middle School, Dean of Students, 622 Education Foundation Member and Former ISD622 School Board Member 2020.

Carlottia “Carly” Ruff grew up in Detroit, MI and attended Detroit Public Schools Kindergarten through 12th grade. After graduating, Carly achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the renowned HBCU, Alabama State University. Carly also gained her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, University of Detroit Mercy and Educational Specialist Degree in School Administration, Concordia University of Saint Paul. Carly currently serves as Dean of Students at ISD622’s own John Glenn Middle School. Carly joined the 622 Education Foundation in 2021 and looks forward to engaging more with community members.

Carly and her family are interconnected in the North Saint Paul community as students, staff and volunteers.  They enjoy community involvement and traveling.
